VISITOR FAQs

We hope you enjoy your visit to our Baby and Toddler Shows!  Giving our visitors the best possible experience and service is our top priority. Here are some hints and tips for planning your visit!​

Parking

The majority of our venues have extensive free parking, but please refer to our individual event pages for further information.

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available at all our venues, and these will be clearly signposted.

Feeding Your Baby

We are breastfeeding friendly throughout the venue, but if you would like privacy please let a member of staff know and we will be able to find you a private room.

 

We also have bottle warming facilities available at all our events.  However you would like to feed your child we will try and make you as comfortable as possible.

Cash or Card?

We only accept cash for on the door ticket sales. Some of our stall holders accept card payments, but many do not. To avoid disappointment we recommend bringing cash with you.

First Aid

Should a situation arise and you feel unwell or require first aid, please contact a member of the Events Team immediately.  We have trained First Aiders in attendance at each of our events who will be able to assist you. We also have staff in attendance who are trained specifially in Pediatric First Aid.

Advanced Tickets

To ensure your quick entry into the Show, please bring your ticket confirmation with you.

Photographs

You may notice members of the Events Team taking photographs at the Show. These are for promotional purposes only.  If you would prefer not to be photographed, please do let us know (we won't be offended). We will ask for permission from the parent/carer for any children who feature in our close up shots. 

Lost Children

If your child gets lost at one of our events please contact a member of the Events Team immediately. We can provide you with free ID wristbands for your child when you enter the Show, this allows you to write your mobile number on the wristband, and means that we can contact parents immediately should we find a lost child.

We approached the entry doors and were greeted by very welcomingly staff with a delightful goody bag, which by the way had some real treats inside!

 

We entered an absolutely huge sports hall, filled with tables upon tables of different companies and brands, and a huge flow of other guests exploring everything on offer to us…I saw so many fun things - like a bouncy castle, a nursery had brought along a sensory play area, a table full of refreshments, I also saw a generous amount tables and chairs to have a pit stop if need be. Considering how busy it was there we never battled to get seating or had to wait even. This was fab!

 

I look forward to next year’s show and will be delighted to attend again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how many people attended the event, the sports hall was absolutely huge, and it was packed.

 

Each company had their own table which was filled with different things, information and products to purchase...I really wish that there was something like this when I was pregnant, because it was full of useful information.
